The simplified accountable structure balances responsibility, authority and accountability while bringing the administrative teams of the church together. Finance, trustee, Pastor/Staff-Parish Relations and church council teams are combined in a unified leadership board.
In this model, the Leadership Team works with the Pastor to establish yearly goals aligned with the vision and mission of the church, holding the Pastor accountable to achieving those goals through ministry teams and working within economic, legal, ethical and moral boundaries.
